Cost

• We look for different solutions which respond as efficiently as possible to the needs of our clients.
• Constructive solutions are choosen because of their technical qualities and not because they are aesthetic.
• To reduce the cost even more we offer our clients the possibility to build the construction, entirely or partly, by himself.
• This means a choice of techniques which can be realised, with our guidance, by people who are not qualified, with a minimum of tools, within a short lap of time and with good results.
• Maintenance and energy requirement are elements of cost spread in time which are taken in account from the start.
  

energy requirement

The position of the sun is an important factor when implanting the construction and orientating the different functions.

• We take into account not only passive solar heating but also sunshade.
• The closed walls have a thermal transmittance of 0,3 W/m2 C° or less.
• The heating system is kept simple with as less transition losses as possible.
• If possible we use solar pannels for the production of hot sanitary water.
  

flexibility

• We create this flexibility by separating structural construction elements from those which only have compartimentation functions.

Organisations tend to change in time. The alterations of partitions in a construction should be easily executed.
